Russian Railways give new advice on train station arrival times

Recommended arrival times at train stations have been updated; it is now recommended that you arrive at train stations a minimum of 1 hour before departure. This will allow you enough time to find the correct platform, ensure you have everything you need to board your train and find your reserved place before the train leaves.

Fingerprinting to be introduced for Chinese Visa applications in the UK

The Chinese Visa Application Centre has informed us that they will be gradually implementing fingerprinting for all Chinese visa applications made in the UK. Fingerprints will be taken at the Chinese visa processing centres in London, Manchester or Edinburgh.
