Is it true that the British consulate discriminate against single female applicants?

Despite what you may have heard, the consulate does not discriminate against single female applicants – many of these applications fail due to inaccurate or incomplete documentation and information. It is important to show good reasoning for a person to come to the UK, and for visitor and fiancé visas, we require that the sponsor and applicant can prove that they have known each other for at least six months and met at least once in person during this period.
