Visa-free travel to Russia as a Euro 2020 ticket holder

From 29th May 2021 until 2nd July 2021, travellers with FAN IDs will be allowed to enter Russia multiple times without a visa, and will also be able to leave Russia from the 29th May up to and including the 12th July 2021.
What is required to enter Russia visa-free?
Please note: A vaccination certificate (no matter which vaccine) does not substitute the PCR-test.
What about self-isolation in Russia?
There will be no quarantine for UEFA travellers with FAN IDs, however this will only be applicable for FAN ID holders. Any other travel to Russia without a valid FAN ID will require travellers to self-isolate for the usual period in line with current travel restrictions. Travellers visiting Russia with a FAN ID will receive additional travel information via text or email closer to the travel date.
What about previously issued FAN IDs?
Previously issued FAN IDs will neither be valid for accessing the stadium, nor for entering/leaving the Russian Federation. They will need to be updated online.
Although entering Russia visa-free is possible with an electronic FAN ID, it does not grant access to the stadium. The laminated FAN ID should be collected from a dedicated distribution centre in Saint Petersburg or arranged to be sent via post. We also recommend that travellers check to see whether it is possible to collect the FAN ID at the Russian Visa Centre in London ahead of time.
You can find more information about the FAN ID on www.fan-id.ru.
